3. The consultation form and embedded video

The consultation form on this website is a third-party embedded form (a Vendasta custom form widget). When you complete and submit it, the information you enter is transmitted to and processed by that provider on the firm's behalf so the submission can be delivered to us. The provider's own privacy terms also apply to its handling of that information. Because the form loads from the provider's servers, the provider may receive technical information such as your IP address when the form is displayed.

The firm's introductory video is embedded from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced (youtube-nocookie.com) mode. The video player loads only when you click to play it. Until then, no content is requested from YouTube. Once you start the video, YouTube (Google) may collect information and set cookies or similar technologies in line with its own privacy policy.

4. How we share your information
